I’ve used CNM a few times now, unfortunately, I’ve only had my recent car a couple of mths but due to a knee injury & my car being manual I’ve had to take it back. Thankfully the guys here couldn’t be more helpful! They found me an automatic car & took my manual one back. Nothing is ever to much trouble, my mum now uses here to after bad experiences with big dealerships, these have really helped her. I always recommend here & always will. 5* they will really look after you & accommodate to your needs.

Bought my car from here last March. I told Trevor what sort of car I wanted and within about a week he had found the perfect one! I had a couple of queries a week or two after taking the car away and the receptionist was very helpful and didn’t take long to get back to me. I cannot speak too highly of this company! Everyone is very friendly, and nothing seems too much trouble for them. I bought my car last July, and they sorted out all the paperwork and the minor ‘snags’. A year on, outside the warranty, a wheel bearing which was noisy at purchase had to be replaced. Done! with no demur and even a courtesy car. This is what customer service is all about. Well done, Chris, Amy and Trevor, and the workshop boys. You are heroes!
